The other night there was a brilliant piece on the BBC’s One Show about businesses getting involved in prisons, offering training opportunities for people while they’re still inside, to then offer them real jobs on release.

In particular, it featured a partnership between Bounce Back and Alendale Construction, training people in scaffolding whilst inside with the opportunity of a job on release.
