As part of the initial development of this site, we’ve published our first set of detailed guidance which follows a template structure that we believe will work well for other forms of guidance we’re looking to develop in the future.
We chose the first subject – “the wording of questions that ask about criminal records” – for a couple of reasons:
- It’s one of the most common areas we get questions about
- It’s allows us to combine online guidance with downloadable resources
- A lot of employers tend to struggle with it
